12. Terms and conditions of service of whole time directors.
- The remuneration and other terms and conditions of service of the Managing Director, Finance Director and Engineering Director shall be, such as may be determined by the Government in the case of first appointment and in the case of subsequent appointment shall be such as may be prescribed by the Board with the approval of the Government.
