ORDER
FACTS:
1. The copy of redeployment transfer order issued by the S.P.O. Ramanathapuram Dn. Transferring from BPM Sudiyur Bo to S.Kavanur BO Vide letter No.B5/447 dt 13.02.2003 of S.P.Os Ramanathapuram Dn. Appellant's option consent letter if any agreeing to join as BPM S.Kavnur B.O. on redeployment abiding the condition stipulated to transfer in the case. The CPIO replied that the copy of the letters and memorandums sought have been provided on 26.02.2018.
Decision :
2. The CPIO submitted that the information about the letters were provided and the consent letter was not provided as it was not submitted by the SPO.
