(2)An applicant for license in Form "G", for CNG dispensing station, shall apply to the District Authority with two copies of site plan showing the location of the premises proposed to be licensed under these rules.The District Authority, if satisfied, shall grant no objection certificate to the applicant receiving a license for the above purpose at the site proposed, and shall forward it to the Chief Controller or Controller with his application.
