1. The captioned Petitions are filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
2. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the National Stock Exchange has taken charge of the assets of the respective Respondent, and therefore, these Petitions have been rendered infructuous and requests that these Petitions may be disposed of as infructuous.
3. The captioned Petitions stand disposed of as infructuous.
4. The Court Receiver, who came to be appointed for taking symbolic possession of the properties, would also therefore stand discharged.
5. All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order, shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
