Section 46(10) in Andhra Pradesh Excise (Grant of licence to sell Toddy, Conditions of Licence and Tapping of Excise Trees) Rules 2007
(10)Rough facing and fine facing shall be permitted to be done only fifteen days before the end of September of that year and pots may be attached on the 30th September. Tapping shall be reckoned from the 30th September and the duration of tapping of such trees shall be shown from the 30th September to the 15th January of the succeeding year.
