(6)Inspection. - With a view to keeping a constant check on quality of emission discharged into natural environment, the Board will do continuous monitoring of samples at fixed points in the chimneys/stack as may be deemed necessary.They may also make surprise checks and inspection and the applicant shall render all assistance in case of such inspection.
