1. Since the issue is same and similar in all the abovementioned petitions and in W.P.(C) 5912/2022, pleadings are complete and written submissions on behalf of both the parties are on record, therefore, the said petition is taken up as a lead matter.
2. It is agreed by learned counsel for petitioners in all the writ petitions that Dr.Abhay Kant Upadhyay, learned counsel appearing in the abovesaid petition shall argue in all connected matters on behalf of all petitioners and no separate arguments will be put-forth on behalf of any other counsel.
