(a)fine which may extend to, -(i)ten thousand rupees in the case of Municipal Corporation;(ii)five thousand rupees in the case of a Class 'A' Municipal Council;(iii)three thousand rupees in the case of a Class 'B' Municipal Council :(iv)two thousand rupees in the case of a Class 'C' Municipal Council;(v)one thousand rupees in the case of a Nagar Panchayat; and
