1. The present petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 by the Petitioner seeking appointment of an Arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes.
2. It is the case of the Petitioner that a Dealership Agreement dated 03.06.2016 was entered into between the parties on 03.06.2016 whereby the Petitioner was appointed as a dealer for the Respondent in Jaipur. It is stated that on 01.08.2018, the parties entered into a second Dealership Agreement which was for a period of three years i.e., upto 31.07.2021. It is stated that the Respondent has forced the Petitioner to resign from the Dealership Agreement leading to the disputes between the parties.

3. Article 33 of the Dealership Agreement dated 01.08.2018 contains an arbitration clause. The arbitration clause indicates that the seat of the arbitration shall be in Delhi.
