Section 2(1)(d) in Andhra Pradesh Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Rules, 2014

(d)"Collector" means the District Collector and includes the Joint Collector, Additional Joint Collector, Sub Collector/ RDO , Special Collector (LA)/Special Deputy Collector (LA) and any other officer designated by the State Government to perform all or any of the functions of the Collector under the Act;
