608. Hours of rest from labour to vary with the season.
- No convict who is under sentence of imprisonment, or who is employed on labour at his own desire, shall be required to work -(a)if a member of a convalescent or special gang between the hours of 12 noon and 2 P.M. throughout the year;(b)if not a member of a convalescent or special gang between the hours of 12 Noon and 2 P.M. from the 15th of April to the 15th of September (both days inclusive):
