147. Notice of objection of valuation.
(1)Any person dissatisfied with a valuation made under this chapter may deliver at the municipal office a written notice stating the grounds of his objection to such valuation.(2)Such notice shall be delivered on or before the date fixed in this behalf in the public notice referred to in Section 145 or 146.
