Section 1 in Sher-I-Kashmir Universities of Agricultural Sciences and Technology Act, 1982
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
- This Act may be called [Sher-i-Kashmir] [Substituted by Act IV of 1983, Section 2.] [Universities] [Substituted by Act VIII of 1998.] of Agricultural Sciences and Technology Act, 1982.(2)It shall extend to the whole of the State of Jammu and Kashmir.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the Government may by notification in the Government Gazette appoint.
