Section 8(2) in Andhra Pradesh Special Courts Rules, 2017
(2)Government may appoint one or more Additional or Associate Public Prosecutors [***] [Omitted 'on the recommendation of Special Public prosecutors' by Notification G.O.Ms. No. 138, dated 5.10.2017 (w.e.f. 9.5.2017)] to assist the Special Public Prosecutor. The Special Public Prosecutors and Additional or Associate Public Prosecutors shall be paid such fees and allowances at such rates as may be decided by the State Government from time to time.
