UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

Upon perusal of the petition, we find that a legal notice dated 28th January, 2016 was issued to the respondent-alleged contemnor, which has not been replied to so far. We are sure that the respondent must have done the needful, in pursuance of the order passed by the High Court, which has Signature Not Verified been confirmed by this Court. -2-The reply to the said notice shall be given by the respondent to the petitioner-applicant within a fortnight and details of the actions taken so far shall be stated in the said reply. If reply is not given within 15 days, as stated hereinabove, it would be open to the petitioner-applicant to approach the High Court for taking appropriate action.
A copy of this order shall be forwarded to the respondent-alleged contemnor by the Registry and the petitioner-applicant shall also forward a copy of this order to the respondent-alleged contemnor by speed post or by registered post Needful may be done by the petitioner-applicant by approaching the High Court, if nothing has been done, in compliance of the order referred to in the petition.
This contempt petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
