Section 24(2) in Multi-State Co-Operative Societies (Privileges, Properties and Funds, Accounts, Audit, Winding Up and Execution of Decrees, Orders and Decisions) Rules, 1985
(2)of section 95-for the reconstitution or reorganisation of any multi-State cooperative society rendered as such, consequent on the reorganisation of the States and referred to in subsection (1) of section 95-, and forward a copy of the scheme to the President or the Chairman of the multi-State co-operative society with the direction that the scheme be placed before a meeting of the general body of the multi-State co-operative society specially convened for the purpose.
