54. Malpractice or Infringement of Rules.
- If any permit holder or holders of an Electrical Contractor's License is found guilty of negligence or incompetence or malpractice or infringement of these regulations, the Secretary shall make a report to the Board and may in his discretion suspend the permit or the Contractor's Licence of such holder pending decision of the Board. The decision of the Board on such reports shall be final and communicated to the party.
