Section 14(1) in Farmers' Produce Trade and Commerce (Promotion and Facilitation) Rules, 2020
(1)An officer not below the rank of Joint Secretary to the Government of India in the Department of Agriculture, Co-operation and Farmers' Welfare, of the Central Government, nominated by that Government, shall be the Appellate Authority to decide the appeal filed under this rule.
