Section 73 in Punjab Self-Supporting Co-operative Societies Act, 2006
73. Bar on liquidator.
- The liquidator shall not purchase directly or in-directly any property or part thereof or stock-in trade, debts or assets of the self-supporting co-operative society of which he has been appointed liquidator.
