11. Appointment of Expert Committee by the Authority and their entitlements
.-(1) The Authority may constitute any number of Committees for such purposes as it may deem fit considering wholly of members or wholly of other persons or partly of members or partly of other persons.(2)The members of the Committee other than the members of the Authority shall be paid such fees and allowances for attending the meetings as the Authority may deem fit.
