Section 281(1) in The Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats And Industrial Townships Act, 1965
(1)No person shall keep or allow to be kept in or upon any premises any article specified in Schedule VIII, except under and in accordance with the conditions of a licence granted under the provisions of the by-laws made in this behalf.
