Section 62(1) in The M.P. Municipalities Act, 1961
(1)Minutes of the proceedings at each meeting of a Council or any of its Committee shall be drawn up in Hindi written in Devanagri script and recorded in a book to be kept for the purpose separately for the Council and each of its Committees and shall be signed by the Chairman of meeting or of the next ensuing meeting.
