The petitioner has challenged the order dated 3.10.2001 whereby his seniority has been refixed below the private respondents.
It is not disputed that an identical case bearing CWP No.16172 of 2001, Inderjeet V. HUDA etc. was dismissed by this Court by judgment dated 04.12.2008.
In view thereof, this writ petition is also dismissed in the same terms.
