Section 251 in Siliguri Municipal Corporation Act, 1990
251. Manufactory or place of storage for sale of food kept in contravention of provisions of this Chapter to be closed.
- If any manufactory or place of storage for sale of any articles of food is kept in contravention of the provisions of this Chapter, the Chief Executive Officer may cause the same to be closed.
