Section 14(1) in The Shivraj Fine Art Litho Works (Acquisition And Transfer Of Undertaking) Act, 1984
(1)The State Government shall for the purpose of disbursing the amounts payable under sections 7 and 8 to the proprietors, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint a Commisioner of Payments.
