                                   ORDER

% 28.01.2019 C.M. No. 3883/2019 The petitioner has preferred the present application to seek modification of our order dated 03.12.2018, whereby the petitioner's writ petition has been dismissed.

Mr. Gupta submits that it is not brought to the notice of this Court that, firstly, the petitioner is not competent to run a Project Management Unit (PMU) at Silchar and, secondly, there is no work, no office and no place to stay at Silchar.

Learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions, submits that the petitioner had barely gone and joined the post at Silchar and remained there for about 13 days. He states that the petitioner has been on leave unauthorisedly since 29.07.2016.

In these circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain the present application. In case the petitioner goes and rejoins the post at Silchar and remains there continuously for at least a period of three months, he may make a representation of his grievances, and if he does so, the same shall be looked into and dealt with by a reasoned order with copy to him within one month of making of his representation.

The application stands disposed of.
