Section 33(1) in The Maharashtra Management of Irrigation Systems by Farmers Rules, 2006
(1)At all the meetings of the General Body, the quorum shall be ten per cent. of the total number of members for Water Users' Association at Minor Level and fifty per cent. of total number of the Water Users' Association at Upper Level and all resolutions shall be carried by a majority of the members present and voting.
