(1)The draft statement in Form L.C. 5 together with a notice in Form L.C. 6 shall be published under sub-section (2) of Section 10 in the Official Gazette of the district and a copy thereof shall be served on the land-holder or land-holders concerned or on their guardian or guardians concerned, as the case may Le, by registered post with acknowledgement due.
