53. Power to call for documents .-The General Officer Commanding-in-Chief, the Command, or the Principal Director, may, by order in writing,-
(a)call for any book or document in the possession or under the control of the Board;(b)require the Board to furnish such statements, accounts, reports and copies of documents relating to its proceedings, duties or works as he thinks fit.
