None appears for the applicants today even after the second call. Nobody appeared for them even on the last two occasions, i.e., on 21.10.2009 and 27.11.2009. Applicants were also absent before the High Court on 21.7.2009 and 9.9.2009 when the case was transferred to this Tribunal. It appears they have lost interest in pursuing this case any further. TA is accordingly dismissed in default and for non-prosecution. No costs.
