95. Authority to [Cooperative Agriculture and Rural Multipurpose Development Bank] [Substituted 'Land Development Bank' by Notification No. CSL-2014/697/C.R.04/13C, dated 30.8.2014 (w.e.f. 23.12.1961).] to exercise power under Section 133(1).
- The authorisation for the purposes of clause (a) of the proviso to subsection (1) of Section 133 shall be granted to the [Co-operative Agriculture and Rural Multipurpose Development Bank] [Substituted 'Land Development Bank' by Notification No. CSL-2014/697/C.R.04/13C, dated 30.8.2014 (w.e.f. 23.12.1961).] by the Registrar after hearing the objections, if any, of the mortgagor or mortgagors concerned.
