11. Finance Officer.
(1)Finance Officer shall be appointed in such manner, on such emoluments and other conditions of service and shall exercise such powers and perform such functions as may be prescribed by the Statute.(2)Finance Officer shall be appointed by Govt, of Chhattisgarh on deputation.
