Section 28(4) in Kerala University of Fisheries and Ocean Studies Act, 2010
(4)If any question arises as to whether any person has been duly nominated or elected as, or is entitled to be, a member of any Authority of the University, the question shall be referred to the Chancellor whose decision shall be final.
