Section 47 in The State Pharmacy Council Rules, 1951
47.
The Executive Committee shall consist of President and Vice- President, ex officio and three members elected by ballot at the first meeting of the Council. Of the three members so elected there shall be at least two Registered Pharmacists. The Executive Committee so elected shall hold office till the election of the new Executive Committee.
