Section 3A(2) in The Punjab Entertainments Tax (Cinematograph Shows) Act, 1954
(2)The amount of tax under sub-section (1), shall be paid by the proprietor irrespective of the actual number of Cinematograph Shows held by him in the cinema house in a fortnight.
