At the outset, Ms. Kaushiki Sharma, holding brief of Shri Akash Choudhury, learned counsel for the applicants has made a statement at the Bar that she has been intimated from the applicants that they have got each and every reliefs claimed in this OA and nothing remains to be decided, therefore, the OA may be dismissed as infructuous.
2. Learned counsel for the respondents has raised no objection to the statement of learned counsel for the applicants.
3. Therefore, in view of the statement made by Ms. Kaushiki Sharma, holding brief of Shri Akash Choudhury, learned counsel for the applicants, the OA is dismissed as having become infructuous.
