Section 75(1) in Uttarakhand Panchayati Raj Act, 2016
(1)There shall be an Executive Officer of every Kshettra panchayat, subject to the Kshettra panchayat, the Block Development Officer, shall discharge the duties of Secretary of the Kshettra panchayat or as may be prescribed by the State Government.
