| (i) | The Chancellor | Chairperson |

| (iii) | The Principal Secretary/Secretary to the StateGovernment in the Higher Education or by his nominee not belowthe rank of Deputy Secretary; | |
| (iv) | The Principal Secretary/Secretary to theGovernment in the Medical Education or by his nominee not belowthe rank of Deputy Secretary; | |
| (v) | One expert from the field of management, financeor any other specialized, including administration to benominated by the State Government; | |
| (vi) | Two persons nominated by the Sponsoring Body ofwhom one shall be woman; | |
| (vii) | The Pro Vice-Chancellor who shall be anon-voting member; | |
| (viii) | One eminent educationist nominee of theuniversity grant commission. |
