WHEREAS the Petitioner has presented this Contempt Case under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971, through his counsel Sri MADHAVA RAO NALLURI, praying that this Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to punish the respondents herein for their wilfull, deliberate and wanton violation of the order in IA.No.1 of 202%.in W.P.No.17135 of 20217.-dated 28.06.2022:
WHEREAS the said case coming on for orders as to admission on this day and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit filed therein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Madhava 'Rao Nalluri, Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issuance of Notice to the respondents returnable in four (4) weeks, to show cause as to why in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support thereof, the said case should not be admitted.
