(2)The Board is empowered to regulate its own procedure in conducting review meetings place of each sitting, establishment of an office to receive applications for recognition of Homes and any other matters with prior intimation to Government.Provided that the Government shall have power to alter or modify or annual any of the procedures adopted by the Board for good and sufficient reasons to be recorded in writing and any such modifications may be made only after informing its intention to do so, to the Board at least one week well in advance.
