Section 22(3) in The Major Port of Tuticorin (Harbour Craft) Rules, 1976
(3)If any licensed harbor craft is found by the Deputy Conservator to have contravened the provisions of sub rule (i) or (ii) the Deputy Conservator may :-(a)cancel the license issued in respect of the harbor craft ;(b)direct that the tindal at fault shall not be employed in any capacity in any licensed harbor craft and that his name shall be removed from the register of tindals.
