3. Janpad Panchayat/ Zila Panchayat to determine number of members of the Standing Committee.
- The Janpad Panchayat and Zila Panchayat shall, subject to the provision of sub-section (4) of Section 47, by resolution determine the number of members of such Committee mentioned in the said section. The number of members of each committee shall not however exceed ten.
