(1)This Act may be called [the Maharashtra Cinemas (Regulation) Act] [This short title was substituted for the short title 'the Bombay Cinemas (Regulation) Act, 1953' by Maharashtra 24 of 2012, Schedule entry No. 47, (w.r.e.f. 1-5-1960).].
