Section 50(2)(c) in Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority Act, 2008

(c)any officer authorised by the Government may enter into or upon any land with or without assistants or workmen for ascertaining whether provisions of the Statutory Development Plan, Investment Plan, Development Scheme or Land Pooling Scheme, etc., are being or have been implemented, or whether the development is being or has been carried out in accordance with such plan or permission or order.
