Section 1282(a) in Police Regulations, Bengal , 1943
(a)No new forms, standard or non-standard, shall be prescribed and no alteration [except as provided in clause (b) in any standard forms shall be made except under the orders of the Provincial Government or, in the case of the High Court and the Accountant-General's forms, by those authorities.
