Section 3(8) in Andhra Pradesh School Education (Regulation of Transfers) Rules, 2005
(8)No Head Master Grade II, Mandal Educational Officer and Lecturer in District Institute of Education and Training shall be transferred on mere allegations either oral or written; unless the allegations have been duly enquired into and prima facie case is established.
