Section 6(2) in Rajasthan Co-operative Societies Rules, 2003
(2)If the Registrar refuses to register a Co-operative society, he shall communicate the order of refusal with reasons thereof to the applicant referred to in sub-rule (4) of rule 4 by registered post.
