1. Petitioner has filed this fourth bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C.
2. F.I.R. No. 235/2017 was registered at Police Station Khairthal Alwar for offence under Sections 302, 201 of I.P.C.
3. No ground is made out for entertaining the present fourth bail application as petitioner has already been permitted by the Court below to attend the funeral and petitioner's earlier bail application was rejected on merit.
4. The present fourth bail application is accordingly rejected.
5. However, taking note of the fact that petitioner is in custody from June, 2017, trial Court is directed to expedite the disposal of the case.
