           UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
                              O R D E R

In a rejoinder affidavit filed by the petitioner in paragraph 6.5, the petitioner has consented for passing of an order to carry out survey.

In view of the statement made in the rejoinder affidavit, the jurisdictional Assistant Director in Land Records (ADLR) to carry out survey of the property in question. The object of survey is to ascertain whether any encroachment has been made on the storm water drain by the petitioner.

ADLR shall carry out the survey and submit a report by the end of January, 2025. Copies thereof be provided by learned counsel appearing for the parties.

List on 10th February, 2025.

Interim relief granted earlier by this Court will continue to operate.
