Section 99 in Kolkata Municipal Corporation Building Rules, 2009
99. Front Open Space.
- The minimum front open space for a building shall be 2 m. for plot size upto 500 sq. m. and 4 m. above 500 sq. m. The minimum front open space for a building shall be as follows :| Building Height | Minimum Front Open Space |
